They were very easy to deal with and, out of all the dealers (different brands) I checked out, they were the only one who offered a good discount up front plus gave me a good price for my trade-in. They didn't seem to be into "games". I hate the negotiation process where they run back and forth to the sales manager. The inventory was sparse, but this was due more to the relatively few number of Sonata hybrids that are available in Colorado. The one we purchased was actually brought down from a Hyundai dealership in Greeley, CO. Our salesperson, Tony, was excellent and thorough throughout the evaluation process and through the negotiations. This is the shortest length of time it has ever taken me to purchase a car literally 20 hours. This was due to Tony's thoroughness, the good pricing available at Arapahoe Hyundai and the fact that they had some inventory (2 vehicles) of hybrids. – D. Bessen

I rated a 10 for the test drive however I did not test drive my car at Arapahoe Hyundai but at McDonald Hyundai. The salesman at McDonald Hyundai who helped me, Roger was incredibly pushy, he didn't listen to what I wanted and soured my experience with the car. That is why I went to Arapahoe and had the opposite experience. Antoine was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions. I was happy to lease a car from him and the Arapahoe dealership. – K. Eugene Kim was our salesman. I have never met another sales person who had a better handle on the ins and outs of the vehicle he was selling. He gave us so much information on our first visit that we were convinced we wanted the Tucson above any other vehicle. Our first visit was a curiosity visit, and we told Eugene we were only looking, definitely not buying right up front. He treated us like we were very important buyers, and gave us tons of information to process and even let us drive not 1 but 2 Tucsons so we could see the difference between the FWD and AWD versions. When I went on line a couple weeks later I was not surprised to see that Eugene was the one dealer that responded with numbers and actual cars on the lot as opposed to the "come on down and we will make a great deal for you" message I got fron every other dealer of Hyundai. I would highly recommend Arapahoe Hyundai to anyone looking at a new car purchase, and especially to Eugene, as he is the ultimate professional. I had made an appt. for my car, but when I was driving to the dealership, it quit running and had to be towed. They had to replace part of the engine, which was under warranty, and I was told that my portion to pay for was about $400. They had my car for 2 weeks, and towards the end of that time I was given a loaner car. When they got into the engine they realized that there was more damage than they first thought. When I went to pick the car up there was no charge to me! I was quite surprised. You've already exceeded my expectations on my last visit. I wouldn't expect anything more. Thank you. – S. Christensen
